A multi-effect evaporator is an evaporation equipment composed of multiple effectors, which can efficiently use heat and realize continuous evaporation and concentration of solvents. A multi-effect evaporator is usually composed of multiple evaporators and condensers. Each evaporator decreases step by step according to the temperature, and uses the low-temperature steam generated by the previous effector to heat the latter effector, thereby realizing continuous transfer and utilization of energy. The multi-effect evaporator has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving, and is suitable for large-scale production.

An evaporative condenser is a device that condenses vapor into a liquid, and is usually used in conjunction with an evaporator to separate solvents and solutes. The evaporative condenser can adopt different cooling methods according to different process requirements, such as water cooling, air cooling, etc. In the evaporative condenser, the steam transfers heat with the cooling medium through the heat transfer surface on the surface of the cooler, so that the steam is condensed into a liquid, and the solvent and the solute are separated.

Evaporation equipment is widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.
