Installation test and adjustment of Lifting Stem Ball Valve/track Ball Valve

Before installing the Lifting Stem Ball Valve/Track Ball Valve, confirm whether the product performance and the medium flow direction arrow are consistent with the motion conditions, and clean the inside of the valve. Impurities are not allowed on the sealing ring and the ball plate. The ball plate is not allowed to be closed before cleaning to avoid damaging the sealing ring. The flange for installing the Lifting Stem Ball Valve/track Ball Valve should use a special flange for butterfly valves. The best position for installation in the pipeline is vertical installation, but it cannot be inverted.

1. Whether it is pneumatic, hydraulic, manual, electric, etc., the various components of the Lifting Stem Ball Valve/Track Ball Valve are strictly debugged before leaving the factory. When testing the sealing performance, the user should first evenly fix the inlet and outlet sides of the valve body, close the Butterfly Valve, and pressurize the inlet Lifting Stem Ball Valve/track Ball Valve side. Observe whether there is leakage on the outlet side. Before the strength test of the pipeline, the butterfly plate should be opened first to prevent damage to the sealing auxiliary air compressor.
2. Although the Lifting Stem Ball Valve/track Ball Valve has been strictly inspected and tested before leaving the factory, it is inevitable that some products will automatically shift the screw during transportation and need to be readjusted, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc. Please read the instruction manual of the matching drive device carefully.
3. The opening and closing strokes of the control mechanism of the Lifting Stem Ball Valve/track Ball Valve have been adjusted before leaving the factory. In order to prevent the wrong direction when the power is turned on, the user should open the manual to the half-open position after the power is turned on for the first time.
