Lifting Stem Ball Valve/Track Ball Valve usually uses nylon and polytetrafluoroethylene as valve seat sealing ring materials, so its use temperature is limited by the valve seat sealing ring materials. The shut-off effect of the Ball Valve is achieved by the metal ball being pressed against the plastic valve seat under the action of the medium. Under a certain contact pressure, the valve seat sealing ring undergoes elastic-plastic deformation in local areas. This deformation can compensate for the manufacturing accuracy and surface roughness of the ball and ensure the sealing performance of the ball valve.

The valve seat sealing ring of the Lifting Stem Ball Valve/track Ball Valve is usually made of polytetrafluoroethylene, so when selecting the structure and performance of the ball valve, the fire resistance and fire prevention of the ball valve should be considered, especially in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgy and other departments.
Generally, ball valves are recommended in pipeline systems with two-position adjustment, strict sealing performance, mud, wear, shrinkage channel, rapid opening and closing action (1/4 turn opening and closing), high pressure shut-off (large pressure difference), low noise, cavitation and gasification, small leakage to the atmosphere, small operating torque, and small fluid resistance.
Lifting Stem Ball Valve/Track Ball Valve is classified by actuator. Pneumatic or electric actuator can be selected according to different process equipment, which respectively form pneumatic ball valve and electric ball valve. Among them, pneumatic ball valve must be equipped with valve positioner to achieve proportional adjustment. Lifting Stem Ball Valve/track Ball Valve aims at the shortcomings of ordinary cast steel valves with poor corrosion resistance and easy perforation of the shell. According to the specific characteristics of the medium, Special Valve use corrosion-resistant steel (carbon steel with corrosion-resistant alloy elements added) as the valve body material, which can resist gas and liquid ammonia corrosion, and the low temperature can reach -40℃-+120℃, which can guarantee the use requirements of working conditions to the greatest extent. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer and other industries.
