Features: It can work normally under vacuum, negative pressure and zero pressure, but the diameter generally does not exceed 25mm.
Principle: It is a principle that combines direct action and pilot operation. When there is no pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, after power is turned on, the electromagnetic force directly lifts the pilot small valve and the main valve closing member upward in sequence, and the valve opens. When the inlet and outlet reach the starting pressure difference, after power is turned on, the electromagnetic force pilots the small valve. The pressure in the lower chamber of the main valve increases and the pressure in the upper chamber decreases, thereby using the pressure difference to push the main valve upward; when the power is turned off, the pilot valve uses the spring Force or medium pressure pushes the closing member to move downward to close the valve.
Features: It can operate safely under zero pressure difference or vacuum or high pressure, but the power is large and it must be installed horizontally.
Principle: When the power is turned on, the electromagnetic force opens the pilot hole, and the pressure in the upper chamber drops rapidly, forming a pressure difference between the upper and lower parts around the closing part. The fluid pressure pushes the closing part to move upward, and the valve opens; when the power is turned off, the spring force pulls the pilot hole open. When the hole is closed, the inlet pressure passes through the bypass hole and quickly forms a pressure difference between the lower and upper parts around the valve closing part. The fluid pressure pushes the closing part downward to close the valve.
Features: The upper limit of the fluid pressure range is relatively high and can be installed arbitrarily (customization is required) but the fluid pressure difference condition must be met.
Before installation, read the product manual carefully, check whether the product meets the usage requirements, remember the installation points, and make preparations. Check whether the parameters marked on the nameplate are consistent with those of the selected product. The power supply voltage should meet the rated voltage fluctuation range: AC +10%~-15%, DC +10%~-10%. The coil components should not be disassembled at ordinary times. Before taking over, flush the pipeline with a pressure of 0.3MPa to remove metal powder, sealing material residue, rust, etc. in the pipeline. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the medium. If the medium is mixed with dirt, impurities, etc. that hinders the normal operation of the Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve, a filter valve with a mesh of ≥60 mesh should be installed in the pipeline.
The Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve should not be installed in the low recess of the pipeline, but should be installed in the discharge pipe of the container. Be careful not to lead it out from the bottom of the container, but should be installed slightly above the bottom of the container. If the medium will cause water hammer, then a Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve with waterproof hammer function should be selected or corresponding preventive measures should be taken.
Installation posture: Generally, the solenoid coil component of the Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve should be vertically upward and installed vertically on a pipe horizontal to the ground. If limited by space or working conditions require it, it must be installed sideways like a building sewer pipe or installed upside down. , please mention it when selecting and ordering. Some products have special regulations, please install according to the instructions. When taking over the pipe, be careful not to use too much sealing material. For example, when connecting with threads, the thread of the nozzle should be kept within the effective length, and the half pitch of the end should be chamfered with a file. The sealing tape should be wrapped starting from 2 teeth from the end. Otherwise, excessive sealing tape or adhesive will enter the can. The inner cavity of the butterfly valve is programmed to open and close, and an accident occurs that prevents normal operation.
There should be a certain reserved space at the installation location of the Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve to facilitate daily maintenance and regular repairs. During installation, use a wrench or pipe wrench to fix the valve body, and then screw on the pipe. Do not apply force on the solenoid coil component to cause deformation, which will make it difficult for the Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve to work normally. If the pipe rigidity is insufficient or there is water hammer, please fix the front and rear pipes of the valve with brackets. When used in freezing locations, the pipes must be protected with insulation materials or heaters must be installed on the pipes. It is necessary to confirm whether there is any leakage in the Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve itself and the connection between it and the pipe. Check the connection of the coil lead wires, especially when there are three lead wires. Electrical components connected to the programmable switching butterfly valve, such as relays, switches and contactors. The contacts should not vibrate when the valve is opened, otherwise the operation will be unreliable and the service life of the Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve will be affected. The electrical circuit must be connected to the corresponding insurance wire as a protection for the electrical circuit.
