Special Material Valve performance specification and installation

The Special Material Valve is a general one-way fluid valve. It is light in weight, small in size, and easy to install between flanges. The valve consists of two semicircular springs and a plate surface, which are fixed to the valve body with pins. The spring deformation closes the valve plate, and the fluid pressure causes the opening spring to deform quickly, which can protect the pipeline from water hammer damage.

1. When placing the pipeline, pay attention to make the passage direction of the Special Material Valve consistent with the flow direction of the fluid
2. Install it in a vertically placed pipeline. For horizontally placed pipelines, place the Special Material Valve vertically
3. Use a telescopic tube between the Special Material Valve and the Butterfly Valve, and never connect it directly to other valves
4. Avoid adding pipe joints and obstructions within the operating radius of the valve plate
5. Do not install a reducer in front of or behind the Special Material Valve
6. When installing the Special Material Valve at the outlet of the water pump, leave at least six times the diameter of the valve to ensure that the butterfly plate is finally affected by the fluid
7. When installing the Special Material Valve near the elbow, pay attention to leaving enough space
