Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve usage requirements

(1) No steam leaks when removing condensation water. Eliminating condensation and not leaking steam are the basic conditions for Control Valve. Therefore, although it is a device for eliminating accumulated condensate separated from steam, it is not called a condensate Control Valve, but is called a Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve. The accurate and sensitive action of the Control Valve refers to the opening and closing of condensate water. That is, when the condensate is removed, the Control Valve is fully opened and discharged quickly; when the discharge is completed, it can be closed quickly to prevent precious steam from leaking. This is the main performance of the Control Valve. That is to say, the Control Valve only has two states: fully open and fully closed. If the switch action is slow and the switch is not in place, it will cause throttling, easily cause overall damage to the Control Valve, and is also the main cause of steam leakage.
As mentioned above, in principle, the action of the Control Valve is fully open or fully closed, that is, opening and closing actions. Depending on the type, there may also be two types: continuous discharge and intermittent discharge.
(2) All condensate water anywhere in the steam system can be eliminated. The Control Valve must be capable of high-performance and accurate removal of condensate generated from the piping of steam-using equipment, heat exchangers and other major devices, as well as from any part of the steam system.
(3) It can discharge air and condensed water at the same time. The air mixed into the steam equipment is initially mixed with the steam and is separated when the steam turns into water. It forms an air layer on the heat transfer surface of steam-using equipment, which seriously affects heat conduction, so the air must be eliminated.
(4) The applicable pressure range is wide. For Control Valve, if the pressure changes slightly, its performance will be affected, and even stopping the action will not work. In this case, its performance needs to be unaffected and it can adapt to any pressure. At the same time, the back pressure tolerance of the Control Valve is required to be large.
(5) Easy to repair and maintain. This requirement is related to the structure of the Control Valve. The Control Valve is required to have a simple structure and few moving parts. In order to prevent the valve's operating parts from generating stress, appropriate materials should be selected, and more importantly, the structure should be easy to process. In short, the management of Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve should not require full-time personnel to perform regular maintenance work, which means that maintenance costs should be reduced.
(6) High practicality. The Control Valve should be small in size, light in weight, long in service life, and low in price. It should not lose its drainage capacity due to air or steam obstructions, causing air blockage and steam lock and other accidents.
