Installation and operation guide of Wear-resistant Ball Valve

Whether the Wear-Resistant Ball Valve is installed properly has a direct impact on the normal operation of the Wear-resistant Ball Valve and the production efficiency of the equipment.

The installation of Special Valve must be in accordance with the formal installation requirements to achieve the best working efficiency of the Wear-resistant Ball Valve and equipment.
1. Before installing the Special Valve, be sure to blow the pipeline with pressurized steam to remove debris in the pipeline.
2. A filter should be installed in front of the Wear-resistant Ball Valve to ensure that the Wear-resistant Ball Valve is not blocked by pipeline debris, and the filter should be cleaned regularly.
3. Valves should be installed before and after the Wear-resistant Ball Valve to facilitate the repair of the Wear-resistant Ball Valve at any time.
4. The flow direction of condensate should be consistent with the installation arrow mark of the Wear-resistant Ball Valve.
5. The Wear-resistant Ball Valve should be installed at the low point of the equipment outlet to discharge condensate in time to avoid steam resistance in the pipeline.
6. If there is no position to install a Special Valve at the low point of the equipment, a water return bend should be added at the low position of the outlet to raise the condensate water level before installing the Wear-resistant Ball Valve to avoid steam resistance.
7. The outlet pipe of the Wear-resistant Ball Valve should not be immersed in water.
8. Mechanical Wear-resistant Ball Valve should be installed horizontally.
9. Special Valve should not be installed in series.
10. Each device should be equipped with a Special Valve.
11. There needs to be a non-insulated supercooling pipe of more than one meter in front of the thermostatic Wear-resistant Ball Valve, and other types of Wear-resistant Ball Valve should be as close to the equipment as possible.
12. When using Wear-resistant Ball Valve for drum drying (with siphon type) equipment, please indicate: Use Wear-resistant Ball Valve with anti-steam resistance devices to avoid steam locks in the equipment.
13. If there is condensate recovery after the Wear-resistant Ball Valve, the outlet pipe of the Wear-resistant Ball Valve should be connected to the main pipe from the top of the recovery main pipe to reduce back pressure and prevent backflow.
14. If there is condensate recovery after the Wear-resistant Ball Valve, pipelines of different pressure levels should be recovered separately.
15. The condensate recovery main pipe after the Wear-resistant Ball Valve cannot climb, which will increase the back pressure of the Wear-resistant Ball Valve.
16. Before the condensate enters the recovery main pipe after the Wear-resistant Ball Valve, a Check Valve should be installed to prevent the condensate from flowing back.
17. When the Wear-resistant Ball Valve is installed on the steam pipe, a condensate collection well close to the radius of the main pipe should be set up in the main pipe, and then a small pipe should be used to lead it to the Wear-resistant Ball Valve.
18. If the mechanical Wear-resistant Ball Valve is not used for a long time, the drainage screw should be removed to drain the water inside to prevent freezing.
19. If the Wear-resistant Ball Valve is found to be leaking steam, the sewage should be drained and the filter screen should be cleaned in time. Check it frequently according to the actual use situation and repair it at any time if there is any fault. It should be inspected at least once a year to remove the impurities inside.
