How do we close the Relief Valve?

The Relief Valve is simple and reliable in structure, sensitive in action, small in size and light in weight; it is suitable for use as a cut-off device on pipelines of steam, air and other media with a working temperature of ≤200°C, as well as toxic gases or vapors.

When the pressure reaches the specified value, the spring is compressed to close the Universal Valve. When the pressure drops to a certain level, the spring returns to its original state, and the Universal Valve opens.
Since the Relief Valve works on the principle of leverage (that is, the control pressure is adjusted by changing the throttle area), its sensitivity is low (generally 1/10~1/4 of the rated pressure).
Fill a closed container with liquid or gas and generate a certain pressure, use the compressibility of liquid to gas to make it expandable and deform to absorb a large amount of energy, and at the same time transfer the absorbed heat to cooling by hydrostatic action The agent is released into the air to play a cooling role.
As the temperature rises, the volume of the liquid expands and the pressure in the container increases beyond the allowable value. When the liquid in the container vaporizes sharply to form steam, it breaks through the top cover of the container and is discharged.
1. Turn the handle to the off position, at this time the spring is compressed and the valve core is in the open state. When the hand releases the handle, the spring automatically resets and returns to its original position.
2. If the Universal Valve needs to be stopped for use or maintenance when it is open, press the shut-off button (red) on the button switch to close the Universal Valve.
3. To reactivate the valve, press the off (green) button on the button switch to start the valve.
4. If you need to adjust the flow value and pressure value, you can directly press the knob on the control box panel to adjust; if you want to change the medium flow direction, temperature and pressure value, you can directly press the corresponding key on the handle to adjust parameter;
5. When it is necessary to perform regular maintenance on the Universal Valve or check the cause of the failure, press the lock nut (yellow) of the manual operating lever.
6. If you need to maintain the Relief Valve or check the cause of the failure, you can turn the handwheel to the connection part (white) with the handle, and then turn the handwheel of the manual operation lever to lock it in the middle position to complete the maintenance work;
7. If you want to remove the parts in the Relief Valve, you can press the lock nut (yellow) on the corresponding part of the handle;
8. If you need to replace new parts, you can use special tools to disassemble them and reinstall them, then they can be used normally. In addition, special tools can also be used to take out the old Relief Valve from the pipeline, clean it, and then reinstall it!
