In addition, its manufacturing technology is very strict, especially for pistons, piston rings, cylinders, and other components. If used in steam Check Valve, the expansion gaps of these components after heating are difficult to control, and they are prone to blockage and gas leakage, affecting sensitivity. Check Valve with such a structure are widely used, especially when the temperature of the medium is high. It is difficult to use high-temperature resistant film materials for diaphragm Check Valve, so a large number of Check Valve are used. Can also be used on media such as water and air.
The Check Valve is an essential part of the pneumatic regulating valve. Its main function is to stabilize the pressure of the decompressed air source to a certain value. The regulating valve can obtain stable air source power for regulatory control. That operation is controlled by the pressure behind the valve. When high-pressure gas does not enter the Check Valve, the valve core (i.e. piston) is located at the bottom of the cavity in the lower shell under the action of the spring force, and the Universal Valve port (i.e. S0) is open. Part of the gas enters the bottom of the lower housing along the channel indicated by the dotted line. The gas pressure at the bottom of the lower housing rises, and the valve core rises against the spring force. As the valve core rises, the opening and closing amount of the opening is reduced, the pressure reduction capability is improved, and the output pressure is reduced. After such self-adjustment, the valve core eventually becomes inoperable and the force balance is achieved.
