800X differential pressure bypass balancing valve consists of a main valve, differential pressure control pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter and pressure gauge to form a hydraulic control take-over system. Through the specially designed pilot valve control chamber, the pressure change signals are compared, the main valve opening signal is output, and the main valve opening is controlled, thereby controlling the inlet and outlet pressure difference of the main valve at the set value. Its working principle is that when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve changes, the pressure difference between nozzle A and nozzle B changes, which changes the opening of the pilot valve. When the pressure difference is large, the opening of the pilot valve is large, and the water leakage from the control room through the C pipe increases. The pressure in the main valve control room decreases, the opening of the main valve increases, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve becomes smaller. On the contrary, if the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve becomes smaller, the opening of the toilet pilot valve becomes smaller, and the main valve control cable pressure rises, pushing the main valve opening to decrease and causing the main valve pressure difference to increase. This negative feedback effect stabilizes the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve at the set value. Setting the needle valve opening and pilot valve spring pressure can set the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve. This product uses hydraulic self-control, does not require other devices and energy, and is easy to maintain.
